After years of dreaming about owning their own business, Kurt and Hannah Kennedy merged their skills and opened Kennedy Auto Solutions in February 2017.
Kurt completed Toyota training to become a master technician and was then promoted to team leader. In that role, he mentored and trained technicians to think critically and logically to diagnose mechanical issues and to repair them quickly and accurately. Near the end of his dealership tenure, Kurt spent two years at MINI Cooper / BMW. He is an ASE Master Technician with his L1 (Advanced Engine Performance Specialist) certification. He is Hybrid certified through Toyota and has earned the level of Toyota Master Mechanic. Kurt has also won and has been nominated for multiple manufacturer awards at Toyota and MINI Cooper.
Upon returning home to Houston in 2012, Hannah was introduced to an opportunity to enter the competitive and highly-trained sales and customer service staff, as an Audi Brand Specialist with Audi North Houston, part of the Sewell Automotive Group. There, Hannah won several customer service awards and served as the corporate liaison and coordinator of employee community service projects at Ronald McDonald House Houston.
Kurt and Hannah decided to open Kennedy Auto Solutions with the shared desire to change how people perceive the experience of repairing and maintaining their automobiles. Their goal is to make the customer - technician relationship more transparent by communicating openly and with clarity throughout the process -through the use of state-of-the-art equipment and dealership-level diagnostic software and equipment.
